Our main focus for powder coating is offer an improved turn around for your projects. With many of our customers now utilizing powder coating to finish their parts and products, we needed to begin coating in house so we could make sure we could finish parts on time for each customers delivery needs. Our specialty is large frame and base weldments. We provide custom coatings for motorcycle and car parts as well.
This frame weighed over 6,000 lbs. It is 6-1/2' wide and 13' long. The top plate was 1-1/4" thick and the base was 1-1/2" thick. With a blanchard ground finish we had to make sure the finish was absolutely perfect.
